Plaintiff, David Updike (" Updike" or " Plaintiff" ), maintains this action against Defendant Multnomah County (the " County" ), final judgments having been entered as to Plaintiff's claims against the City of Gresham and State of Oregon. Updike alleges violations of the Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (" Rehabilitation Act" )[1] and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (" ADA" ).[2] Additionally, Updike brings state law claims for negligence and false arrest.
