OPINION AND ORDER

MICHAEL W. MOSMAN, District Judge.

On April 17, 2013, plaintiff filed a motion for summary judgment [64]. Defendant Carol Riley's response to that motion was due on May 13, 2013. No response was filed. Accordingly, on May 15, 2013, I ordered [70] Ms. Riley to appear in writing within 21 days to show cause why summary judgment should not be entered against her. She failed to file a response. It is therefore ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED.

In addition, plaintiff's motion for default judgment as to defendants Philip L. Riley, Love to Give Foundation, Citibank NA, U.S. Bank National Association fka Firstar Bank NA dba Elan Card Services, and the State of Oregon [60] is GRANTED.
